The wait list offers tickets out to fans in the order in which they joined the list, and depending on the number of tickets they’ve requested; it’s our way of helping fans to resell and purchase tickets fairly, efficiently and safely. We aren’t able to provide your exact position on the wait list, as it depends on the number of tickets a fan returns at any given point.
While there is no guarantee that you’ll get a chance to purchase tickets, we can tell you that you’re more likely to be offered tickets if you only want one or two and that the odds of being offered a ticket increase as it gets closer to the event date.
If you change the number of tickets that you're in line for, your position on the wait list will be affected. We are unable to restore your position on the wait list, so please only amend this if you are certain.
To join the wait list for an event, just follow these steps.
1. Open the DICE app. Tap the search icon at the bottom of the screen.
2. Search for the event. If it’s sold out, Wait list will be shown under the event info.
3. Hit Join now at the bottom of the screen
4. Choose the number of tickets you’d like and tap join wait list.
Once you join the wait list, we’ll send you an email / push notification (if enabled) to let you know when tickets become available. You’ll have a reservation window to buy the tickets, which will range from 20 minutes to two hours. If you decide to buy them, the tickets will go into your account as usual and the fan who originally made the purchase will get a full refund. If you decide not to, the tickets will be offered to the next person on the wait list.
If you miss your reservation window, don’t worry – you can always rejoin the wait list and try your luck again.
Just a heads up, at the moment you can only join the wait list for one ticket type per event.
When tickets from the wait list become available, we’ll send you an email / push notification (if enabled) to let you know, with a reservation window to buy the tickets. This window will range from 20 minutes to two hours, and we’ll let you know how long you have.
If you miss your window, the tickets will be offered to the next person in the queue. But don’t worry – you can always rejoin the wait list to try your luck again.
To rejoin an event’s wait list, follow these steps.
- Open the DICE app. Tap the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the relevant event.
- Tap 'You missed your ticket offer’, then select ‘Rejoin this wait list’.
